Conference registration

SSPCR 2022 will take place during the Italian summer time (hopefully warm and nice weather!) so we are confident that health conditions will allow us to keep the format of a friendly real world event and welcome everyone to Bolzano. Therefore, participation in the conference will only be possible in presence (no online participation) and is subject to the payment of the participation fee.

People wishing to attend the conference shall register through the SSPCR 2022 online registration system and pay in full by the 10^th of July 2022.

Online registration will open on the 9^th of May, 2022.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: 9th May – 23rd May 2022
REGULAR REGISTRATION: 24th May – 30th June 2022
LATE REGISTRATION: 1^st July – 10^th July 2022

The registration fee includes access to the conference, coffee breaks and lunch every day, plus the conference materials, and access to the special events. The printing service for the poster exhibition is also included (the deadline will be communicated in time).

Notes:

The conference organisers reserve the right to modify or cancel activities, the social dinner and the corresponding costs depending on the development of the covid situation.

In any case, the registration fee for participation in the conference will remain unchanged and the conference will take place only in presence.

Please register as an attendee if you are interested in attending:

one or more scientific sessions without giving a presentation or showing a poster (chairmen should also register as attendees)
one or more special events (organisers and keynote speakers should also register as attendees)

Please note that access to the conference premises is granted only upon prior registration through the official conference system.

The SSPCR organisers retain the right to ask for evidence of status and/or age to those who request a reduced fee.

PAYMENT METHOD

Attendees can pay their registration fee either:

by credit card (VISA and Master Card. American Express is NOT accepted) during on-line registration.
by bank transfer after registration. In this case, the bank details will be sent by email along with the confirmation of registration. Please finalize your bank transfer no later than three working days after receiving the confirmation message.

Italian institutions or companies shall provide all data needed for the e-invoicing. Our accountancy will upload the invoice on the Italian central e-invoicing system. Your accountancy shall download the invoice and directly proceed with the payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

COVID-19 PANDEMIC: A 100% refund of the registration fee will be given only in case the SSPCR 2022 Conference is cancelled by the organisers because of the pandemic situation. In case of cancellation, the organisers will inform participants and speakers at least two weeks before the conference starts.

In case of rejection of the submitted abstract (oral presentation / poster), the registered candidate presenter is entitled to:

receive 100% refund, or
receive partial refund, in the measure of the difference between the already paid fee and the attendee fee.

A 50% refund of the registration fee will be given only in case of eligible requests for cancellation received by July 10^th, 2022. Cancellations received after July 10^th, 2022, or no show are not entitled to a refund.
