PASSPORTS AND VISA POLICY
Italy is a signatory of the Schengen Agreement, stating that EU citizens can travel freely within Europe. All non-European Union citizens are required to have a valid passport and visa to enter the EU.
A letter of invitation can be provided.
In this case we need to receive all information about the delegate. Furthermore the delegate has to send us a motivation letter where he/she motivates his/her interest at the conference.
