Payment of the registration fee is required for inclusion in the schedule and in the proceedings.
All people listed on the conference programme that wish to attend the conference need to register and pay in full before attending the conference. Co-authors also wishing to attend and present must register separately.
Only attenders (i.e. not presenting) and accompanying persons (for the social dinner) may pay cash at the SSPRC 2017 reception desk at EURAC Research before the conference starts.

STUDENT FEE

For young scholars, full time students and Ph.D. students (under 35 completed years) willing to present their works a special discounted fee is offered: 50 € less than the full fee of the corresponding period.

ISOCARP MEMBER FEE

The International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP) is a global association of experienced professional planners. It was founded in 1965 in a bid to bring together recognised and highly-qualified planners in an international network.
For ISOCARP members willing to present their works the same student discounted fee is offered (see above).
To validate your admission as an ISOCARP member, please send an e-mail to the conference Secretariat at sspcr2017@eurac.edu with evidence of your member status.

VIRTUAL ATTENDER FEE

For those unable to travel, due to personal reasons or scheduling conflict, a special discounted fee of 50 € is offered. Virtual attender will have the opportunity to follow the streaming live transmission of plenary sessions and thematic sessions delivered in the conference hall during the first two conference days (March 22 and 23, 2017).

GRANTS

The Scientific Association on Interdisciplinary Research and Regional Studies (ASTRI) is a young Italian not-for-profit organization, working in the broad and interdisciplinary field of cultural heritage and local development.
In order to encourage the participation of early career researchers in the scientific debate, the ASTRI Association is pleased to cover n.1 conference fee for the SSPCR 2017 edition, as EDOARDO MOLLICA AWARD.
For young researchers (under age 35), Ph.D. or Ph.D. candidates, without a permanent university contract. Priority is given to participants coming from the Mediterranean Basin. The research topic should be in line with the purpose / activities of the ASTRI Association, which relate to the theme of sustainable development, cultural heritage, identity, inner areas or metropolitan cities.
To request this grant, please send a short ‘motivation’ letter to the Conference Secretariat at sspcr2017@eurac.edu together with evidence of your young researcher status and age.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

Accompanying persons can take part in the gala dinner by paying the corresponding fee.
The gala dinner of SSPCR 2017 costs € 50.00 per person for a three-course seated meal including wine and dessert.

PAYMENT METHOD

For private persons or companies (anyone who doesn’t need a FATTURA ELETTRONICA from Italian public e-invoicing system):

• by credit card (only VISA) during on-line registration
• by bank transfer after registration. In this case the bank details where to address the conference fee will be send within the registration confirmation. Please finalise your bank transfer no later than two working days after registration confirmation.

For Italian public institutions or companies, when e-invoicing is requested by law (FATTURA ELETTRONICA – Decreto Ministeriale nr.55 del 04.03.2015): please provide all requested data. Our accountancy will upload the invoice to the Italian central e-invoicing system. Your accountancy will download the invoice and directly proceed with the payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of abstract rejection, the registered candidate presenter is entitled to:

• receive 100% refund, or
• receive partial refund, in the measure of the difference between presenter and attender fee.

Request in writing to the official email address sspcr2017@eurac.edu is needed.
Cancellations of the registration received (in writing, to the official email address sspcr2017@eurac.edu) on, or before, February 19, 2017, are entitled to receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received after February 19, 2017 and no show ore after the event are not entitled to a refund.
